We had the absolute pleasure of having Stuart photograph our wedding at Alder Root Golf Club and we honestly couldn’t recommend him more. From start to finish, Stuart was a dream to work with. He was friendly, professional, and made everything feel easy – nothing was ever too much trouble. From our first chat, we knew we were in safe hands. So many of our guests commented on how lovely and approachable he was throughout the day. On the day itself, he was amazing.

He got through the group shots quickly and efficiently (no easy task with the chaos of rounding everyone up!) and managed to whisk us onto the golf course for some beautiful shots without taking us away from the celebrations for long – exactly the balance we were hoping for. Most of the time we didn’t even notice he was there, yet he captured everything so naturally and perfectly. That was exactly the vibe we wanted. Stuart went above and beyond in so many ways. He helped my dad with his buttonhole when he was struggling (which he absolutely didn’t have to do), he brought out the drone for some amazing shots, and he even liaised with the venue for key moments like the cake cutting and first dance so we didn’t have to think about a thing. Even with the unpredictable weather, he just made it work. He kept everything calm and stress-free, and let us enjoy our day without any pressure. He was brilliant with everyone – chatting easily with guests, being great with little ones (even when they were tired!), and making everyone feel at ease in front of the camera. If you’re getting married and looking for a photographer who’s talented, kind, easy to be around, and genuinely brilliant at what they do – Stuart is the one.
