Mini Outdoor Portrait Sessions

I'll be offering more Mini, Outdoor Family Portrait Photography Sessions very soon.

30 minute sessions, they're quick, convenient, informal and at beautiful and fun locations near you.

Think Lavender, Blossom and Bluebells or Autumn Colours, Pumpkins and Christmas Trees if you're booking a mini-session for later in the year.

If you've got a favourite spot that means something to you as a family and you'd like to go for a little walk and get some lovely photographs. If you have already looked at my wedding photography or the about me page on the website then you've probably seen that I don't like having my photograph taken and when I say that I mean. I REALLY don't like having it taken. So the relaxed, natural way in which I approach weddings is the same way I will photograph your mini session. It might feel a bit awkward for you at first too but you'll soon relax into it and I won't be putting any pressure on you to do anything that will make you feel that way and definitely no silly poses. Try and see it as a little family trip out somewhere nice and there just happens to be someone there taking photographs and honestly, most of the time you won't even realise I'm there anyway but once you're a bit more at ease you'll get some great photos to look back on!

FAQs

What if it's raining?

Unless it's absolutely hammering down then your mini session will still go ahead so make sure you dress for the weather, think wellies, brollies and fun.

Does it Matter how old the children are

If you've got a very young child, I'd recommend only booking a session if the child is able to walk or sit upright unaided.

What if We're running late?

Please try to arrive early and in plenty of time for your mini session. The sessions will start on the hour and out of fairness to any other bookings if you're not ready to start at the time of your booked slot, it will only eat into the time you have left for your photographs.

When will I get my photographs?

I'll be aiming to get them edited and your gallery link sent out within a week of your mini session.

Anything Else I should know?

Mini Sessions are limited to one family per session, for larger / multiple families, please book two sessions to allow enough time.
