Yakima Chief American Hops From The Pacific North West.

The 2020 BeerX beer and brewing event was the last event I was able to photograph that year as literally the day after, the first national lockdown was announced due to the outbreak of covid-19 pandemic, I don’t think many delegates at the event would’ve expected that that was just around the corner or that it would be so long until they were able to attend the next one.

So happily, after an enforced two year break it was great to be asked back again this year to photograph the event once more and see some familiar faces along with one or two new ones as well, it felt good to be back again. With Yakima being based in the USA, when the email landed it was from a company called Indalo International, they are a conference, exhibition and design services company with years of experience in international event project management and design. With such a large international company being involved it’s always a worry for me that I’ll be forgotten about and lost in world of other creatives, there’s an abundance to choose from to it felt lovely for me personally that I was even remembered and still thought of after the 2 year gap. It must mean I did something right previously.

Indalo International’s tagline on their website is “WORKING TOGETHER TO HELP YOU STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD” and that is exactly what you should be looking to do for your business and that’s where I come in, to help your business do just that and stand out from the crowd with eye catching images. It is my philosophy too, working together with you to help you stand out from the crowd. I’ve seen the phrase STOP THE SCROLL cropping up more and more recently, particularly on the world's largest professional network on the internet, LinkedIn and if it is trending on that platform then that’s really what we should be aiming to do, creating images that grab your attention and stop people from just scrolling past your page without giving it a thought. BeerX 2020 For Yakima Chief Hops

I was asked to photograph the BeerX 2020 Trade Show for Yakima Chief Hops. BeerX UK is the UK's biggest beer and brewing trade event, a huge industry trade show, regional beer bars and trade-only beer festival, the SIBA AGM and Members' Conference, the independent beer and business awards presentations, plus a packed schedule of seminars, talks and panel debates from the beer industry's leading voices. Yakima Chief Hops is a 100% grower-owned global hop supplier with a mission to connect brewers with family hop farms.

Operating for more than 30 years, they have become more than a hop supplier. They are leaders of innovation, quality, customer service and are a resource for brewers, providing solutions-based products and research. Importantly these days, they are advocates of sustainability and meaningful social causes, working to support the environment and communities.
